Gift card offer with Phone @ Best Buy

Looking at upgrading our phones and saw that Best Buy has a $200 gift card with the purchase of the LG G4.
Is anyone familiar with this process? Do they allow you to apply the gift card towards the purchase of the phone, or does the card come later? I'm with AT&T

Buy 1 phone, use $200 on other phone, use $200 on cases and phone chargers
Itll probably run you $80 on the cases and another 40 on chargers

I did it not long ago when upgrading. You get a printout with barcode that can be used as a giftcard. You can use it at that time to buy accessories, etc.
