Fleet GPS telemetry visualization

This is going to sound a bit strange, but we receive telemetry data that no one is using.

the system was set-up a few years ago to recieve trip stop/start Destination based data. However we also receive the timestamped breadcrumbs along the routes taken.

No one really sees a need for utilizing this, but I'd like to work with it in my spare time.

I know there has to be a ton of "route management" software out there, but I'm not sure what I need to look for, this is what I want:

1. connect to Oracle SQL developer

2. Interface with "Vehicle#, Driver #, Lat,Long, Time, Cargo Y/N"

3. Multi-vehicle with filtering vehicle display



This to me seems to be a fairly basic display that any fleet software would have.....I'm not looking for fuel/route efficiency, speeding/sudden stop alerts, and all the bells and whistles.

Is there a free multi-vehicle real time mapping visulatizion that any has seen?
