Fire Tablet 7" - Can I install video game emulators?

I see the Fire Tablet is on sale for $33.
I'd like to find a device that I can play some old video games (Gameboy, SNES, etc.).
Is this doable on the Fire Tablet? Is it worth a shite? For $33 it would have to suck pretty hard to be disappointed.

I'm thinking about snagging the same thing. Don't have info for your question. But just wanted to let you know that currently you can get it for $28 at Target today. It shows $33 then when added to cart it adds another 15% off. As well as free shipping.

Thanks guys. Does target charge tax? Probably only really saving 5% if so.

They were not available for shipping and none around me available for pickup. Might want to check that and then just get it from Amazon like I just did.
