My sister picked one up for the BIL, anyone know anything about it?

No idea.
It is probably some form of streaming box with add-ons built in which enable you to watch movies and tv for free.
Probably has something similar to KODI installed with one of the main WIZARDS already installed.

Kodi is installed but no kind of directions.

Does it just have KODI?
When He runs KODI does it open up with options to watch all sorts of goodies?
If not, he will need to add the WIZARD.
I just started using KODI a couple of days ago, so not sure what is the best WIZARD.
I use The Beast.
I'm sure some other folks can give advice on the best WIZARD.
Once he figures out which WIZARD he wants, then just head on over to Youtube and watch a video to figure out how to install.
It really isn't hard.
But I would be surprised if it doesn't already have a wizard installed.
