Excel Help-Sumif and Vlookup?

I'm having trouble figuring out this formula. It's probably really easy but I'm drawing a blank this Monday morning.
I want to get the sum of all "Additional Building (carts)" items from Sheet 2 onto Sheet 1. The amounts totaling would be coming from Sheet 2 column J. Any ideas would help or if you need more info I can give you that too.

edit: be sure the job category is the same, or they won't get counted.
referencing it from B4 as above is a good idea.
