Entouch cable and internet?

I'm buying a house north of Houston and my HOA does a bundle deal with Entouch. The price is pretty good. I can get their internet at 60MB, cable, and their home automation package for $130 per month. I'm paying $180 now for Uverse and dont get home automation.
I read some reviews on Yelp about Entouch and it sounds like their customer service is warm cow shite. I'm curious to hear from someone who has used or uses their services. Are the reviews accurate or is it like most things on the internet where the stupid people are the first to voice their opinion?
