Dropping internet signal with Cox in BR area.

Thought I would share my experience.
Apparently Cox is rolling out some type of new IPv6 protocol in the BR area.
This caused me fits with my Airport Extreme router as the default "Automatic" IPv6 settings no longer maintained a reliable connection and required the router to be restarted several times per day.
Of course Cox support would have you take the router out of the loop and then say your equipment is the problem.
A setting on my Airport fixed the problem but I wouldn't be surprised if it is affecting other routers too.
In BR my problems started the day before Thanksgiving. I've heard some others in Prairieville had problems starting the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
Here is the Apple support community thread that helped me solve the issue.

They moved a lot of channels off of analog today and my connection has been dropping.
