Good morning tech board pals-Just a quick question and I'll get out of here-

I want to download some videos from youtube to burn to dvd. We live in an area where our only internet option is satellite, so its easier to burn a disc or two at work to play at home...I'm talking mostly live concert stuff.

A google search popped up a few free options, but I'm not sure I trust what I see....

Any recommendations?

Video Downloader worked for me for a while then quit after something like 50 videos, I believe. I don't really use anything any more.

you could get a really cheap huge external hard drive and just store everything on there (instead of messing with paying for dvds etc.) if your tv reads usb?

or you could just download to your laptop and hook it up via HDMI?

of

if your tv or you don't have a device that can read the usb drive on its own you could get something like this..

LINK

just plugs into your tv via HDMI.. and you just attach an external drive to it. now you can play any format videos you have downloaded..

just passing along some options.. although you probably just want to burn a couple of DVDs.. no biggie.
