Digital Antenna question

I have a projector and a large projector screen to watch the LSU games outside. I recently cut the cable and went with SlingTV and a digital antenna.
Here is my question, how can I project a channel coming from coax to my projector? I know they make coax to HDMI converters, but how would you change the channel?

Slightly off topic but concerning an OTA antenna.
If I hook up a quality Roof/Attic type antenna and patch it to my existing cable coax will I have signal in all the rooms that have coax dropped into them or will there be a limit to amount of TV that can use the free HD signal at one time?

Mine split fine to 2 TVs. Beyond that, you might need a booster...depending on your runs and how many you want to use concurrently.

No limit to the amount of TVs that can use the antenna. I have one in my attic and found the coax feed from the outside connected to a 5 way splitter and connected the antenna in place of it. I thought I would need an amp because the furthest tv was about 70 feet from the splitter, but all have great pictures. The picture quality depends on the amount of splitters you have in the feeds and the length of runs of coax, but hook it up and see what you get before buying an amp. Very happy with mine!
I have 5 tv's connected to mine.
