Not looking for a world changer type laptop but just looking for a good reliable laptop with Windows 10 or a free upgrade from 8.1 to 10. Any suggestions?

Wife was looking at this one. Anyone have any experience with it?

That is what many would call a "netbook", and you can get the same machine on Amazon for $200. LINK

Depends on your definition of good and reliable, I guess. As for a laptop worth buying at that price point, only thing that comes to mind are the HP Stream laptops. I wouldn't bother with any notebook that uses an Intel Atom (like the one you linked). The HP Stream is spec'd similarly to that ASUS, except the HP has a bit faster CPU and a touch screen. And it's cheaper. The downside is that it looks like a toy with the blue chassis. But don't mistake a darker colored chassis for durability. They're all the same plastic.

EDIT: I just realized you linked to QVC. wtf

Bought my 14y daughter a white acer Chromebook for $149 last weekend at target during tax free weekend and I am blown away.

I think the battery life is like 8 hours and so far I haven't found anything o don't like.

Oh and she gets 100gb free gdrive storage.

I picked an HP 14 chromebook up off amazon for $270 a while back and I like it. It is missing features found in normal windows computers and laptops. However, it starts instantly and the battery lasts for ~8 hours.

What is the cheapest device that can stream Watch ESPN and Sunday ticket without a hiccup? I have an old macbook (from 2008 or so) that lags the whole time. Maybe I should just upgrade the RAM?
