Anyone's company switch from MS Outlook to Google Mail, Google Calendar etc? Better/Worse/Cluster?

My company has been on google mail for about 3 years. From a user standpoint the migration was pretty simple. I've used gmail for my personal email for a while, so there was no transition, but it takes some people a little while to get used to the nested conversations.

My wife an I use Google Mail for our small business, and I use Office 365 web based Outlook at the Engineering firm I work for. I like Google better than Outlook, if you go Google get the boomerang plugin, my favorite feature because I can schedule reminders to follow up on things.

We use Google Suite at the company I work for. Switched a couple years ago. It was a learning curve for some, but makes collaboration really easy. We still use Microsoft Office for a lot of work as we have Excel files with a lot of development in them that we just can't move away completely.

We've started offering Chromebooks to some as replacement PC's but it's not rolling out with positive feedback.

I've had both and I like the google interface and features better. It always seemed like it synced better to my phone also.
