I am getting a new phone on AT&T next. What device would you recommend?

I'm not dead set on having Apple stuff. I have an Apple TV but I only use it to watch Netflix or Hulu, or hbo go. Don't care about air play or anything. And let's please not bitch fit iPhone v android again.

How are the S6?

Can you get a Nexus 6? If so, then get a Nexus 6.

I got a Droid Turbo (Verizon) and I couldn't be happier.

I've got a 6 edge. I like it. Don't really use the edge a lot but it's a great feeling phone. Feels well made I mean.

Apple - Will be a much smoother experience and consistent one at that from a UI/UX standpoint. Very intuitive. Simple to use. The cons are that you will not be on the bleeding edge often from a tech/wireless innovation standpoint. No file system access. Vast-but walled-ecosystem. But at the end of the day, it really does just work...

Android - Like that old Tupac lyric:

How do you want it?
How does it feel?

Whatever you want to do is just about possible. Now, whether doing whatever it is you want to do opens your personal information up to crazy Russian Hackers, saps your stamina like Superman wearing a Kryptonite jockstrap, or bricks your phone outright or takes you 3.5 years to get just right from a time investment perspective, we may not be totally sure of. It's the wild wild west of modifications out there. For the most part, it provides an excellent experience if you have the time to invest in learning what you want and how you want it (there are those pesky Tupac lyrics again).

The LG G4 is coming soon to ATT. I think early June is what is rumored right now. That's likely my next phone unless there's a nice Lumia 1520 replacement by the end of summer.

Asus Zenfone 2 dropping tomorrow. $300 for the 4GB RAM 64 GB storage model. I'll give a small review when I get it.
