Can't get NBC on HD antenna......

I live in Denham Springs and I get every other local channel using my HD antenna. It is mounted in my attic.
Any advice??

Yes, move it out of your attic and raise it above the top roofline of your house.

If you have an omni directional antenna, make sure it is pointed to the NBC tower

In my area, NBC is the only VHF channel. I didn't realize this beforehand and bought a UHF only antenna. I was able to get it eventually, but took more fine tuning of the antenna direction than the others. Not sure if this might be your issue.

See what the exact coordinates are for NBC and then use a compass (your phone should have one) to align the antenna to the right degree. This should help. Also if your coax cables are old they could cause some distortion

What I have is a flatwave powered indoor antenna. I could mount it on the roof, but I'm not sure it's designed for that.

I couldn't get CBS for a while. Just move it around and rescan for channels every time you move it.
