Blank Screen With Airplay - Not Sure Why

I'm having a new issue I've never seen before.
I have a Mac laptop with an Applie TV. Trying to Airplay and it turns on, and I get the audio through my TV/Surround sound speakers, but the TV just shows a blank screen.
I tried resetting the Apple TV but otherwise, I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot.
Any ideas?

Check appletv software update.
