Best software for ripping BluRays?

Looking at maybe building a Plex Server for my collection.

I use MakeMKV and it works really well. I compress some movies and for that I use HandBrake.

Same exact setup for me. MakeMKV and use Handbrake to compress for my iPad.

Same here. I have tried every other combination, always come back to these 2

Add another for MakeMKV and Handbrake. I've been using these non-stop for the past couple of days building my library. They take a small bit of knowledge to use, but they have worked flawless for me.
