Best Program To Access Up To Date Info From Two Different Computers With Different OSs

There is something I am working on in which the data needs to be accessed by someone else, at a different location.
I use iOS and the person who will be accessing the information throughout the day, uses windows. It is just one spreadsheet. I use a cloud on my computer, but its my personal cloud.
There should be away for me to set up a cloud in the computer that runs windows that I can access right? If not, what would be the easiest way to set this up?

Just save it to a google drive folder that you both have access to.

Like ell_13 said, use either Google Drive or Microsoft's offering, OneDrive. Save the file in your Google Drive/OneDrive account and simply share it with your co-worker. It can also be done with Box.com or a variety of other cloud-based file sharing services but Google and Microsoft offer theirs through a browser or local app and they are free.

Thank you!
I was looking at an app called "Screens", but I would have to set up a VPN on the computer with windows. I don't know why I didn't even think about Google Drive.. Or Google documents should work right?

Yes, kind of. To be clear, Google Docs is the in-browser app used to create spreadsheets. Google Drive is an online place to store the spreadsheets (or other files). Both are linked to your Google account.
