Best free email hosting site for a work email?

I recently took a new job and they don't have actual work emails (ex@company.com).

I would like to set up something that isn't my personal email and has the company name in the domain. Has anyone here ever done this and if so, was it free? Where can I go?

I have Microsoft Office Outlook on my computer and would ultimately like to go through that, if possible.
