Best Android emulators for PC?

I need a good Android emulator for PC. I tried installing Bluestacks but I get error 25000, saying my graphics card isn't updated or something. The thing is, my graphics card IS updated so I'm not really sure what to do about it other than find a different emulator.

I'm using Andy right now but it's lagging a little bit with clash of clans.

Try using Droid4x. I'm currently using it. Only issue is you can't play Clash of Clans on it. Don't know if that's a deal breaker or not. Just wanted to through that info out there.

I use Genymotion.
I can open 4-8 emulators at a time that way. Its sluggish but does work.
