Anyone use "Numbersync" to make and receive calls on other devices?

I just found out about this feature on my iPhone. I knew you could make and receive calls on Macs or iPads as long as your phone was on the same wifi network, but with number sync your phone doesn't have to be on the same wifi network (just have a cellular connection somewhere in the world) and the call can still be routed through your phone.
