Anyone have experience with geek squad replacing iPhone 6?

I shattered my screen last night on my ip6. How soon does geek squad get a replacement to you? Will it be a new device of refurb?

Had my 5s replaced twice though geek squad. It was refurb both times. Takes 2-3 days you dont turn in your current phone until you pickup your replacement.

Some Best Buy/Geek Squad stores will just replace the glass in store. I worked there years ago and Louisiana was a test market for this process and started offering it. I have no idea if they still do.
Otherwise, they will let you hold on to your phone and they will order you a refurbished model that will arrive typically in 2 days. Best Buy/Geek Squad's refurbishments are fulfilled by Jabil, who assembles the iPhones for Apple.
