Anyone have AT&T uverse internet?

yes its very good

good thing is with directv it wont be throttling your bandwith so you will get the full 3-5mb not matter time of day,etc

id get the deal.

Mine runs fine for a couple of weeks, then it starts dropping out for no reason. That goes on for a couple of days. After resetting the router several times, it is ok.
If you use their router, you can not use the mac filters. I may keep it for a little longer, but switch to xfinity.

Ditto, except resetting the router doesn't help. I think it's an upstream problem they don't want to spend the money to fix. It is better lately than it was several months ago, although it still has occasional days when it's nearly unusable.

I have had Uverse internet about 18 months, it has been rock solid, much better than Charter. Currently it hovers around 30 MBs download and almost 4 upload. I would suggest trying to get a deal for a little more capacity than 3 - 5 as you may not be happy at that rate or if you start streaming video. I used to have a 30 MBs plan with Charter and it regularly showed speeds of up to 45, so that took an adjustment after switching to Uverse.

Wow. I have both Charter and Uverse. Uverse sucks so hard I never gave up the Charter, which has been pretty damn rock solid for me.

I have no problems with my uverse internet. I constantly get about 18-20 mbps even with 2 tvs on, cell phones connected wirelessly, and a laptop.

I'm a tech for att it all depends on your distance from serving terminal and the condition of the lines in your area....
