My wife gets free tickets because she is considered a woman in tech business owner, so I usually go and check it out. If you haven't been it is a pretty cool conference in New Orleans.

Just looked at the site. shite looks awesome and thought to myself "I want to go to this shite!" then I looked at the general public attendee ticket price ($480) and thought "Nah, I'm good. It'll be on YouTube at some point."

I hear you, it's a little pricey if you are paying for it. The wife gets in free, and the whole trip ends up being a business/marketing expense and includes jazz fest. We met some good leads there last year, and saw a lot of cool stuff, and heard some good speakers.

They've been blasting me with ads on Facebook. One of my friends is a speaker and he may be getting me a pass. Wouldn't mind checking it out but don't think I would pay to attend.

That's also a busy week for me. Taking my son to see Dan TDM the Sunday before, rehearsal dinner Thursday, postmodern jukebox Friday, and a wedding on Saturday. Debating grabbing a hotel a few nights instead of driving back and forth from BR.
