Android Emulators

I have a fourth generation I5 processor and Bluestacks and Andy couldn't be any slower. Does anyone have experience with this topic or should I post this in the gaming board?

I know when developing for android on PC. One of the best things you could do is to increase the virtual device's ram size, to at least 1GB.

I have an Intel 4202 and it defaults to 1 gb and I want to expand the virtual higher but the VBox doesn't allow a higher setting.
Not sure what I am doing wrong but don't feel like buying a 1000 2:1 if it can't even handle a basic emulator

It seems Bluestacks is the best so far but it still seems laggy
