android app to lock settings in place?

I'm tired of taking out my phone to find an app missing from my home screen or my brightness turned all the way down. I want something that keeps changes from being made unless I specifically select it, not because it was jostling around in my pocket. Anything like that available?

Do you seriously not have a lock on your phone?

Unless you manually lock your phone every time, there's still a few seconds from the time you put it in your pocket to the time it locks itself.

I use Nova Launcher and it allows you to lock the screen. You have to do a long press to move/ remove an app. I had the same problem you do and Nova solved that.
