Those geniuses at the Genius Bar aren't really geniuses are they?

I have Outlook in my iPhone 5 and when I delete messages it automatically downloads them again. Just started a few days ago and it has to just be a setting right?

If I delete from inbox then immediately delete from trash they still come back. I have 1100 emails and only need 3.

Any ideas? Keeps telling me storage is full and can adjust in settings. Won't even let me take a picture.

Is it a POP or IMAP account? And you actually have the outlook app, or using the default mail app?

There used to be a setting for "Delete from Server", but I couldn't find it. I forget how it was setup exactly, but it should be able to download a copy from the server (but leave there), and delete it when it is deleted (from phone and server).

Apple is not going to give you any help with Microsoft Software. And no, they are not geniuses.

Why not use the iPhone mail app and use your exchange info

What he means is to use your in house Apple provided email app until you can figure out what the problem is.

I've been using Outlook for iOS for about 6 months now and it was an adjustment at first. But now I wouldn't go back even if I were paid. The focused inbox/other combination is so useful as a distraction reduction tool.

Good luck! I would troll some Apple Support Community Threads..

Agree. Recent updates have enhanced its functionality even more.
