So I googled around and it seems I'd need to restart whatever device I have the Amazon App on, but the app is on my tv home screen, you cant even delete it and download it again. It cuts in and out, I know its not an internet issue bc netflix and hulu aren't having issues at all. It's had this issue for the past few weeks and Im curious how you fix it?

haha I have that sony TV that was the worlds thinnest or whatever, I bought it last january it was $2500 its an awesome tv and it was nice that you didn't have to waste money on a mount bc one is kinda built in the back, its got these holes and you just hook it on. It's a great tv but for some reason the Amazon app is always choppy, yes my firmware is up to date, is there any other possible solution?

I have an apple tv but you can't download the amazon app on it haha

Smart TV apps are usually shite and get very infrequent updates. If you want 4k content from Amazon get the fire TV box.

I agree. I have Vizio, Sony, and Samsung smart TVs. Each one of them has one deficiency or another in the app area.

I have a 1st generation FireTV and it's been great.
