There is a shop at siegan and Perkins that will sell you AC parts or allow you to buy parts from their supplier

ACME Refrigeration. They're located at Fieldstone at Pennywood in the Industriplex.
I've bought from them a few times - no account needed and they were very helpful.
ETA:I see they also have a location on Choctaw.

You will not be able to buy a unit or refrigerant without a license from any supply house.
