I'm using the Playstation Vue service and have the 35.00 service that includes the sports channels. This goes along with netflix and prime. I have Vue because it allows 5 streaming devices at same time and really a great basic package. Looks like the Youtube service maybe good as well. The one negative is it only currently has 1 real time local station CBS here in jax. Get all these services for about 50.00 a month

You should view that as a positive as most of the others don't have any live locals outside of the major markets. I just hope Sony can get deals with Fox by the start of football season. Or at the very least have a streaming app alternative like they did with the SuperBowl and NBA finals being on sister network apps.

Hulu Live TV is the shite. It's my favoritre right now but we also used the 12$ a month hulu package before they got their live tv feature. Now I pay 43$ a month total for Hulu and Hulu Live TV.

Right now rocking with DirecTv Now. The $35 promo price keeps me hanging around waiting for DVR. Any day now, I keep telling myself.

Does Hulu Live have local channels? Or at least live streams of the major networks?

I think it depends on your area, like the others. Currently in New Orleans it does not.

Really REALLY wish they'd make a damn Xbox One application. Only SlingTV and Hulu have an app for the Xbox One so I'm limited.

Also, when the hell is Google TV supposed to come to more than 5 markets? How is Google so behind on this... it's... google.

Apple TV with Neflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, Watch ESPN. Contemplating Direct TV but outside of sports, I really don't watch live tv.

Through Hulu? Not live, at least not in New Orleans. Where are you located? I think you can in NY, LA, and a few other big cities.

I use an antenna to get my local channels in NOLA.

I use PS Vue after using Sling when it first came out. It's perfect for me, as the Atlanta market has both Fox and CBS as local live channels. I have an HD antenna but it can be spotty at times, and Vue also has the DVR function where I can save the local games without buying a DVR device for OTA.

Using DTVN currently. Works great on Apple TV.. zero issues.. but runs like shite on fire devices. So if I had to start over, I'd try Vue.

I use both PSVue ($35/month) and SlingTV ($25/month). SlingTV is getting dropped later this month. PSVue kills it. Vue has a better channel lineup and allows five concurrent streams instead of the one permitted by Sling. I use an attic antenna for locals connected to a Tablo. Also, we have Netflix and Amazon Prime.

One caveat about PSVue...the Roku PSVue app is HORRID. It is almost unusable. The FireTV app for PSVue is much, much better. I read that an updated Roku PSVue app is on the way but I don't know for sure.

Pretty much what sold me on the Vue as well. I use the Roku for PS Vue as well but dont find interface that bad. So the fireTv app is that much better huh? May have to give the Roku stick to one of the kids

Same boat for me. BUT, the $35 price tag and the fact you can use the Harmony remote easily with the ATV4 makes it a no brainier for me at this time.

I am using Vue, and had the $35 plus HBO for $15 but just bumped it to the high plan for $65 because it's 30 more channels and included HBO and Showtime. $50 before now $65

Here is the Vue lineup via Google Docs

Yea, that's the next step for these Streaming Live TV Services. It'll be the death knell for regular TV, in my opinion.

That being said, I think the answer to the OPs question depends on the device you use. Example:
-Xbox One / One S = Hulu TV
-Fire TV = DTVNow or PSVue
-PlayStation = PSVue
-Apple TV = DTVNow or PSVue

It's why everyone always has a different answer since it just seems to depend on the device. For a weird family like ours, we have an Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Xbox One S - so we need an app that is universal. If PSVue would go universal, they'd probably win hands down but they're too dumb and/or stubborn to realize that - so F em.

Vue $35 option, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Vue lets me sign in to watch espn.

Outside antenna picks up all the networks plus sub channels, ie this, me, grit , bounce, antenna tv.

I am a happy camper.
