4K channels on Direct TV

I just installed a Pioneer VSX-LX101 receiver along with a Sony 65" 4K TV. I have Direct TV 4K services. All channels work and sound great except my 4K channels. I have audio but no video. I have HDMI 2.0 cables from Direct TV to receiver. If I connect HDMI cable directly to my TV from cable box, 4K channels work fine. Any suggestions to get 4K video working?

It's probably an hdcp 2.2 issue. Your receiver would need that capability. Make sure the hdmi port you are using has it.

I have 3 HDCP 2.2 HDMI inputs:DVD, CBL/SAT and STRM/Box.

With everything hooked up power cycle all the equipment.
