I hope Honduras loses against Australia. I hope Mexico gets put in the group of death. And I hope Costa Rica and Panama get shut out in 3 games.
I also hope Joel Campbell breaks his legs. I still haven't forgiven that hack for his acting job that got Besler suspended last cycle.

I think rooting for SEC teams makes a kind of sense,cfb rankings matter and are based off of oppositions' strength. FIFA rankings are crap and wouldn't matter for us for a few years.
Also, I can see people having a kindred spirit with other sec schools. I don't feel that shite at all with the concacaf teams

Costa Rica - maybe - depends upon who they are matched up with
Panama - likely not unless matched up against a team I really don't like

I have nothing against costa rica, and ive privately admired panama for a few years. Ive always liked Blas Perez, and i think its awesome he gets a WC in his career.
