In division 1 men's soccer this is not even close. Maybe, MAYBE 10%.
Your smaller NAIA schools however do have plenty of foreigners. 80% sounds high though.

ouisiana, for example, is a huge untapped well of potential soccer talent, with no fully professional team or academy established here yet. Our talented players like Patrick Mullins and Andrew Malinich have to go out-of-state to reach their potential. Hopefully that changes soon. I know if I won the lottery, that would be one of the first projects I spent my money on.
