No, but you are probably the only person who would ever take Nick over Howard and Guzan. Rimando is decent, but he is limited. He is certainly not as good as the other 2.

Give me Timmy. Like his vocal leadership.

That's not a very good justification.

Oh, and to add to the actual point of this thread, I agree with the idea of using the one in best form if there is a noticeable difference. If not, I think it's Timmy's spot. He has commanded our back lines very well for a long time. We will likely be using another group with little time playing together, so that leadership will be incredibly valuable.

I love Rimando and I think that if he were 3-4 inches taller he would be a world class keeper... But he isn't.

Lean heavily towards Timmy. Guzan only if he's in much better form than Timmy leading up to the playoff.

Whoever is more capable of covering the mistakes of Chandler, Brooks, and Alvarado since I'm sure Jurgen will throw the stooges back in there.

Poor bastard. Maybe we can play both at the same time.

When I clicked on this thread I wasn't sure who I wanted, but historically Howard has been very good against the Mexicounts. He has an intimidation factor that Guzan doesn't have. That gives us a psychological advantage, and I'll take every advantage we can get at this point.
