The blues need to win 3-0 or better to go through or will 2-0 force penalties?

2-0 would force ET then pens if necessary. 3-1 or any other 2 goal win would see Chelsea through.

This cup goes like this:

1) aggregate (obviously)
2) then ET
3) then away goals
4) then PKs

Meaning if Chelsea is up 3-1 at the end of 90, they will play another 30 before going to away goals.

ETA:

Even though it adds more curveballs to figuring out which team advances, I think I like this better than the UCL tiebreaker. I like that the only time away goals is used is to avoid PKs at all costs.
