even if panama wins, mexico is still mathemetically alive i think?
panama would be up 3 points on them, but a mexico win in last match and a panama loss would put them even again. mexico would be behind on GD and GF, but technically still alive

Don't forget what happened the last time they played: Panama 2 - Mexico 1, Gold Cup Semis. Granted it wasn't Mexico's A-team, but it should give Panama some confidence.
