Start Nagbe, but I don't think I would play Pulisic in this game.

Nagbe has to start... I do t see how it can be argued otherwise. He could do serious damage to Costa Rica.

Marginally excited.

I feel a draw coming.

Tigers and America double header. This could either be a really good day or a really bad day

I think we come out swinging like we did against Guatemala in the last WCQ. This is obviously a stronger opponent, but 3-1 score line wouldn't shock me

That's what I'm expecting. Especially since one of their CBs got a red card last game.

I also see CR thugging it up, which is why I would leave Pulisic on the bench. Give him the start against Paraguay.

Know how I know the only way he's starting is at CB?

Seriously though, we've got to start showing that we're more than just a CONCACAF also ran.

Costa Rica is one of the nicest countries in Central America. It is a shame that they must be destroyed.

As far as starting Pulisic goes, I don't think he is that easy to push around. He understands leverage very well, and has excellent control on the ball. I'd say if we start Nagbe, Pulisic should start as well. Those two have a great chemistry together.

I'm not worried about them pushing him off the ball. I'm worried about them coming in studs up all game like they did against Paraguay. The last thing he needs right now is a broken ankle or something that will sideline him for 6-10 months.
