Damn, Dortmund is a damn near brilliant team. Or Mancini is clueless in Europe.

We've been over this.

Neuer, Casillas

then it's between Hart, Buffon

then Cech

nice rebuttal. you didn't even offer up another name.

I've offered the same names every time:

Casillas
Buffon
Lloris
Neuer

I might even put Akinfeev over Hart.

Bit of both.

Joe Hart deserves a medal. That PK was nonsense. Dortmund needed those points, but it doesn't matter if Lewandowski uses his left foot.

Soccer is the only sport where gigantic calls consistently ruin games. frick that was such a bad call

Hit his arm, wasn't a bad call. Of course, if it hadn't been given I'd also say it wasn't a bad call. This is why it's so important to actually take your chances.

Quick thoughts on match:
1.) Mancini=stupid in Europe. Stupid as shite to switch formations to 3 back when 4 back wasn't doing well at all. Why the frick?
2.) frickin' Joey Hart
3.) Was a penalty, albeit a super tough one and ballsy call by ref
4.) Aguero deserves to take that PK
5.) SWAGotelli

City were outplayed, outmanned, and outworked throughout the whole match. Toure not pushing forward, Rodwell is fricking goddamn awful, Nastasic />Lescott who should start EVERY match.
Dzeko is either on or just god-awful.

We have a hell of a lot of work to do to even get to 5 points in that group. geezus.
All props to Dortmund who played like they were the better side and proved that Bundesliga's top are better than EPL's

Bingo. Too many chances for BvB to complain.

Mancini may not be great in Europe, but Yaya was bad. That was the biggest surprise to me.

Besides Lloris your list is about right.

Not necessarily. If Dortmund gets the 3 points in Germany and City loses at home to Madrid they should still go through.

I think you gotta give that penalty... it's not like his arm was against his body...

How is that a terrible call? His arm was clearly away from his body and stopped a shot going toward goal. Unlucky but if you don't stick your arms out the ball can't hit it.

Dortmund have been wildly inconsistent so far this year, so assuming any result for them against a good team isn't smart. That being said, I think they will still go through.

I've seen Lloris a bit, granted not enough, I also feel Hart is getting exponentially better.

I still have Hart close to Buffon, with Neuer and Casillas clearly better.
