semifinals were yesterday. the final is set:
youreaguy v. mexico
i don't even like mexican kids winning things.
though, their game winning goal was really awesome, as awesome as something mexican can be.

I hope this appearance in the final doesn't portend future dominance, as that GC final was really hard to swallow. Hopefully most of those youth players don't pan out.

The thing is also being played in fricking Mexico and Azteca. Mexico doesn't lose in that shithole so it isn't a huge shock.

It's ok Wilmer Cabrera brought Fox Soccer Channel to the U.S. Developmental Academy. We didn't have it before. Now our players can eat/sleep/breathe soccer.
