I think N'Jie's primary role will be playing backup CF to Harry.
Son should start immediately, if he is fit.
Our depth at the CF position isn't the best it could be, but it isn't the train wreck people are acting like it is. I still think we personally need another CM, but I'm starting to come around on the ole Dier train. Toot toot everyone.

Dier's game against Everton made me think he can really play DM. This highlight clip is really solid. Does things that you would expect of Schneiderlin and the likes. The backpasses to Hugo under pressure are particularly impressive.

I might be crazy, but I'm more on board with Dier than I am either Bentaleb or Mason. I'd like to have him running around blowing stuff up and target a real playmaking center mid. I think we did a pretty solid job overall in the window though, Toby and Son should both be legit upgrades at positions of need, and while it looks like we still lack striker depth, it's possible we've got guys who can fill that role. I do think we're going to continue to struggle to score if either Erikson or Kane are off the field, though.

That is such a good video, the music fits very well.
Dier looked great in that game. It's weird how much bigger he looks in the midfield than he ever did played centreback.

So, wait, we did NOT sell Fazio? I thought we had....but he's still listed on the squad on the fantasy site, he's not listed in the transfers and is included in the official EPL roster LINK
