Ok, but that doesn't mean either of you are right. Let's put it this way - Would you put money on a club with the resources, players and $$$ that City has, managed by Pep Guardiola, to come good and win a league title or two? Or..... Would you bet on them falling flat on their faces and continue losing to their peers at the top of the table? Because I know where my moneys going dude.

Pep will grab a league title and a couple league cups like his predecessors before him. Its like clock work at City.

He's not going to steam roll this league.

They should let Rooney and Ibra go at the end of the year and build around Martial and Rashford.

I think Rooney and Ibra are fine, if a little old. They both need really good young attacking players around them at this point in their careers, which they don't have right now. Martial isn't there yet and I'm not sure he ever will. You can almost see it in his eyes. Like he's scared to make a mistake, sheepish almost. I think Rashford will be really good and he's fearless, but he's also not quite there yet. Mkhitaryan will come good I think. I see flashes of his talent every time I watch him.

It's crazy how sports work. They could buy a player or 2, get their CB's healthy, reel off a few wins in a row and be right back in the thick of it. Such a fun league to follow.

They won't be back in it, although they could make a late run at the top four.

Ibra is still decent but Rooney is past it. He should be the player who is in the hole creating chances. He can't seem to do that anymore. Martial and Rashford have lots of talent and need a manager to believe in them. Man U has a good nucleus now but they need to add a couple of key players. Most important is finding that DLP to replace Carrick.

That's not what I said dude. You said they have done nothing yet but beaten the bad teams and lost to the good ones, which is sort of true. Ok, they lost to Spurs and Chelsea. They also beat Barcelona. They're pretty good.

No one is going to steam roll this league for the foreseeable future. Too many good players, managers and money coming in across the board for someone to be a dominant force year after year like you see in the top divisions of every other major league in Europe.

I hate to say it because I really enjoy him as a personality, but Mourinho is arguably in a tough spot for the type of job this United rebuild will be. Young squads with a good nucleus aren't really his thing

But like I said I hope I'm wrong. He's in charge of the most important team the Premier League has and I find him really entertaining.

The coach they need to target is Poch. He'd do amazing things at United.

It's weird, you don't see his name mentioned nearly as much as one might expect considering the level of success he's had so early and with so many young players in the squad.

Yep. Tuchel is miles better than Poch.

Cue the down votes.
