Martial at the top huh?

Firmino had more goals and more than double the assists. I'll go with him in my top 5 over martial

Payet
Alli
Firmino
KDB
Cech

Would be my top 5

In all competitions, Martial has 15 goals and Firmino has 10. Martial has 8 assist while Firmino has 9. Try again bro.

Martial is a very, very, very good soccer player. He was expensive and a relative unknown, but no one scoffs at that price-tag, anymore.

Heavily weighting business acumen and the shrewdness of a purchase is probably the only reason one can give for leaving him out.

Or just blind hatred for Utd.

Agreed. If a defender deserved to be near the top of the POTY award it was him. Great year

You can def see why Southampton threw a huge fit about not being able to keep him after the loan.

Was a huge upgrade over Lovren.

Obviously the big hitters but Jan Kirchoff and Lamine Kone have been excellent for our shitty defense. If we stay up and collect that PL check it's going to because of these two completely transforming one of the worst defenses in the league prior to their signings in January.

Kirchoff still working on his stamina but you can absolutely see why he was a Bayern player. Getting him for less than a million has got to be in top 5 bargain buys of year.

He's new. I would say it's between him and Payet.
