Not gonna complain too much... clearly the better team today and we had some chances that should have been put away...

Not at all displeased. I mean, De Gea is the best in the world for a reason.
Liverpool were the better squad today against a MUCH more talented squad that was afraid to come out and play.
At the very least, it was an encouraging performance by the Reds.

If I'm being picky... I think that could have been a penalty... maybe should have been...

Oh jeebus cripes, get your mouths off of Manu’s dicks, studio announcers.

Also, sorry for doubting you Joe... never really bothered by Martial or Rashford...
and that was the best Ox has looked in his short time here...

Moreno had a rough first 30 minutes IMO but played well for the rest.
Gini played REALLY well IMO.
Phil probably MotM. Bobby and Salah both played well going forward.
And lets not finish today without a shoutout to Matip/Lovren. They may not have been pushed too hard by passive Manu, but they’ve fricked up against teams that sit back before, and today they didn’t. So well done.

yeah - props for not fricking up!
this had a late, mistake for a winner written all over it...
edit: How do you not attack those two with Lukaku?? Did he even have double digit touches??

1. The Special One always seems to manage scared at Anfield.
2. I don't think so.

Just finished watching the game. United played like shite, we should have taken advantage. Pen for me but ref was good besides that imo. Jose owes De Gea; he is class. Real is his destination sooner rather than later.

January would be nice.

All I want for Christmas is for Salah to put a fricking shot on goal! WTH.

I was happy with the performance; disappointed with the result. Hopefully these performances keep coming because the results will come.
Mourinho can say what he wants but he came for point and was afraid to play.

Huge game tomorrow. We MUST secure 3 points in Maribor (which is in eastern Slovenia, south of Austria in case anyone was wondering).

This is why I love under pressure podcast (going behind a paywall soon )
Salah's conversion rate is pretty much exactly average - same as Aguero, better than Kane, etc.
Its just that some of his chances are more memorable (and for your team) so that it skews the stats in your head.
To add about the ManU game - Can has to put that shot on frame. Make DDG come up with another world class save. To me, that was the moment there for us to take the match.

I found it difficult to find where the match today was going to be televised today.
For DirecTV customers, I discovered the match is going to be on Fox Sports Arizona.
Fox Sports Arizona?
Yes, Fox Sports Arizona.
DirecTV channel 686.
YNWA.

Karius
Trent, Matip, Lovren Moreno
Milner, Wij, Can
Salah, Firmino, Cou
Fairly first choice XI, Milner excluded.
hoping we get a decent lead and we can sub Salah, Cou and a midfielder off though.
