You're trying too hard, SCH. Like, I'm pretty sure I see you make this argument once a day or more.

that's god damned embarrassing. easily the worst experience of my trip was the city vs chelsea FA cup game based on shite atmosphere alone.\

to clarify, it was still fricking awesome being at the game, just the worst of the 3 I went to.

If Tennessee were in first place in the east (laughable, I know) and they played last place Vandy (even more laughable) in a midweek game, Vols fans wouldn't go?

They play 25-30+ home games a year, not 7.

And City is new money (literally). Even with bandwagoners they won't become a hugely supported club overnight. Give them some time and I bet they will build a fanbase.

In November ok, with 5 games to go in the season (prob 2-3 home games) when you have to win them all you have to go.

Randy and I never agree, but this is spot on. That picture is a joke. How embarrassing.

I agree..

And they shouldn't have to build a fan base in the city, those people should have been there all along...

If I lived in Tuscaloosa and UA was playing UK on a Wednesday night, I would probably go. I wouldn't go if I were living in Birmingham or Montgomery.

lulz

As the SB English football expert you try to act like. You should know better than this. Supporting a club is passed down family to family.

what is the point of this thread? to bash city fans (or lack thereof) living in and around manchester?

if i could have been there, i would have.

i guess i just don't understand why you post stuff like this. it would make more sense to me if all of us were in the country and had the opportunity to be at the games and we weren't going.

He's mad that Man U is shite. So picking on city makes him feel better on the inside.

Quite sad

looks like we could use another warm body in the stands.
