Second year, Arsenal pipped Liverpool.
Scousers, a big deal? I mean to say, I thought yáll were severely mired in mediocrity until the arrival of Rafa. Seems like yáll were still relevant.

It was an honest question, as I don´t follow the English league. Did he win anything of merit before Thierry Henry´s arrival, was my question.

What years exactly? Not trying to be a dick, but I used to spend a lot of time there in the late 90´s, and I had to deal with an importer/distributor who was diehard Arsenal, and referred to them as kind of needing, to be top of the top.
His office was wallpapered with Arsenal stuff, and couldn´t stop talking about them, and I actually saw three matches with him, throughout this time.
I´m not sure, but it was probably 1998-9-2000.
