We kind of need to get the show on the road here.
My suggestion - 24 hours from 10pm tonight and Col Rebs time is up and the draft passes him.
10pm Thursday is then Chickmans deadline
10pm Friday is then 225s.
That makes 10pm friday the opening of transfer window? Or do we skip it again? Frankly, I have some players that aren't playing and need to make some moves so I'd like to get a window in this week?
Can we get a consensus and opinions on this?

How many are still committed to this thing?
I say we keep the ones committed and cut the dead weight.
We then hold another subsequent draft to add/drop players from the dead teams.

Honestly that is what we are trying to figure out as of now.
We are trying to find out who are the ones that will stay committed and who are the people that are dead weight.
We then want to disband those teams that are dead and maybe a have a two round add/drop draft to pick up any of those player we want from the dead teams.

Forget the cup play if you guys do that. The Championship would destroy the Premier and we just can't have that

Just get everyone's roster up to date. Whose pick is it for the supplemental draft?
Skip them and move on to the next pick. End the draft at 8 am tomorrow morning regardless of finishng. Open up the regular window tomorrow. If they did not get to draft a 16th player, then sucks. They can fill out the roster when they participate.
Get all rosters up to date. Have each person figure their own roster. Step up for the inactive dudes. Get rosters up to date by Friday.

Your league site kind of confuses me. Clean up everything and try to minimize responsibilities. That is why I like about my model. There is not much to update.

I'm not certain about drafting the players from any team that won't continue - I think we just lock their teams as is and continue. But thats just a personal preference - to keep what we have and where we have it. We lose nothing by having those guys teams locked out as they weren't likely to drop suarez etc. anyway. Though perhaps a few people from the board would would be ok stepping in and running those teams the remainder of the year?

This is what we did in the TD league I was in last year. I think we had about 3 guys completely drop out.
