A little surprised just because Gomis had the better goal tally but I like what he had to say. He kept praising the team saying that other members could have won and that if they keep it up they will win it and that all he really cares about is Swansea winning

Yep you can tell he has definitely bought into the team and is a great guy to have on board

I think a lot of that has to do with monk, the whole team says that in all the interviews but it doesn't sound like they are just saying. He has them all bought into that mentality and its really paying off big time.
I hope they come back from the break just as focused and motivated. This weekends game is just like the sunderland game. We have to travel to a team that is desperate for a win in front of a rowdy home crowd. it will be tough and maybe ugly at times but we need to make sure we kill the game off unlike at Sunderland where we were unfortunately held to a draw because of poor finishing and one mistake on defense

Absolutely. This is also why guys like Michu were cast off because they didn't put the team first. Monk has also done a tremendous job of managing the personalities of Jonjo and Gomis and turning their careers around

Everyone played like shite today. everyone.
Routledge is done, I want to see Modou get the minutes or play Ki with the diamond. Monk got it wrong today with the selection and subs but also like I said everyone played terrible. Idk if it was the international break and everyone getting back late or what.
I knew Wat?Ford would come out strong and aggressive, looking to score at home, just like Sunderland but there is no excuse for how we played.

Yeah that was just an overall bad game. Hopefully an anomaly. 2nd time in as many games we gave up a goal just ball watching. But in all honesty Watford was the better team and deserved the points

Been slacking here lately. Good to see us actually put the ball in the net yesterday even if Kane put one in for us. Hope we come back from this international break better than we did the last.

Yeah we played like arse out last few games. Looked much better. Could have won the game but it was really entertaining. We need to stop making stupid mistakes that cost points. And again erikson and loris save the Spurs

Shitty form continues to be shitty. No real threat on goal again today. Lack of movement in the final third is astounding. Everyone just standing around watching
And Tabanou has already started voicing his displeasure on lack of playing time and wants out in January.

Didn't get a chance to watch but the pk was weak. Heard the ref sucked. Heard butland should have been carded or something and I don't know how Jon jos shot didn't go in. Pisses me off how we can't finish the lower teams but play the bigger teams better. But stoke have added a lot of great players

Looks like Monk has 4 games to save his job before the window opens although he could be gone as soon as Sunday if we get our asses beat at home. And it won't be easy:

More important than the results to a lot of people right now is the performance. They seriously look lately like 11 guys out there who have never met. Getting a shot on goal seems like a moral victory as of late. Maybe we can get a surprise W like we had against Southampton last year that turned things around but I'm not hopeful.
