I have gone with my father the past 4 days around the coast area so i have missed much of the opening matches. But La Furia Roja play the Swiss tomorrow morning at 8 am.

I think Spain will win by 3. They looked okay in their warm up games and i think they have things right mentally to maybe win the cup. What do you people think?

Since the Swiss are w/o Frei their scoring chances drop significantly. If Iniesta is able to give it a go, it minmizes not having El Nino

Spain 3-0. 2 goals in the 1st half and the 2nd half is an Espana passing clinic w/ a cheap one at the end

i think 2-0 3-0 sounds right depending on how disciplined Switzerland is for 90 mins. Wouldn't be shocked anymore to see Spain win 1-0

Spain is a great team and a lot of fun to watch 4-1, for me.

As creative and talented as they are, you can score on them.

De todo a forma, suerte.

Misnomer. One of the best defenses in the world.

However, at the end of the day, it's all about scoring more than the opponent. Clean sheet? Nice, but meh if you've put at least one more past the other guy.

i think 1-0 or 0-0 is much more likely than 3-0

if any team knows how to bunker, it's switzerland. 2-0 Spain. I'm torn now though after Chile failed to convert chances, I'd be happy with a tie now I guess.

I think we see a similar game to the N Korea Brazil game yesterday... Swiss will keep Spain off the board till mid 2nd half, then Spain will put up 2-3 in the next 20-30 minutes to make it look worse than it was.
