Roberto Martinez is a system manager who wouldn't have enough time to succeed at Chelsea

Can you imagine Roman and Alexi at the same club? Their cumulative arrogance would manifest itself into some type of elemental entity that roamed around Stamford bridge eating small children and causing mass hysteria.

I dont think the CFC supporters are helping the situation at all... Although the coach and players wont admit it, it's got to have an impact on their psyche... Rafa didnt lose that game today and tbh, Chelsea could have easily had a few more goals...

Roman panic fires RDM. Then panic hires Rafa knowing he is hated by the supporters. Rafa can't win with this team and support. I don't deny Rafa's coaching prowess but it was a terrible hire. Since we clearly have no intention of keeping him around and implementing his own system then he is doomed from the start. I actually have no clue why he even took that job. This season will only get worse. We have no fan support and a GARBAGE striker!

FC Dallas brought in a psychologist this year during their 13 game win-less streak
LINK

Didn't really help... the team only got better when Ferreira came back from injury.

I agree with this, but I guess he was desperate to coach again at a big club... he should have swallowed his pride and took a lower tier job and built his reputation up again...

No doubt RDM was fired to soon... He may have been up at the end of the season, but he deserved more time, this team wasnt going to win the league this year...
