I can't understand shite on the commentary, but I assume he was the guy that went out there and basically rounded up his team and brought them back into the locker room effectively suspending the match?

This happened last year in australia i believe. Dude tackled a streaker and held him down for the police and got a freaking red card.

I guess I should be concerned because my son is one and enjoys it.
BTW...the GK in this case did exactly the correct thing, as did the coach. The ref was a douche and I hope his arse gets suspended for such a dumbass call.
