I refuse to wear a college football jersey in public, but I got a lot of soccer jerseys I wear out all the time. Anybody else feel like this?

It kinda feels cool to wear them because hardly anybody else around here (North Alabama) wears them. Well, except the Messicans

I agree with you about the not wearing college or pro football/baseball/basketball jerseys in public. I am like you, I only have two (German #7 Schweinsteiger and a Chelsea kit) but I wear them like badges of honor. I support the greatest sport on the planet! (except for Lsu football).

Soccer jerseys actually fit like normal shirts though so it's almost like wearing a regular shirt just more badass cause its a soccer uni.

I feel the same way. I've almost got too many to count. Barcelona, Manchester United, US Away, Zidane WC Final, Olympiakos, Marseille, Dynamo Dresden, a terrible knockoff Robben Dutch team jersey, etc. I used to have a Zidane home jersey, too, but I left it at my hotel in France and some French douche stole it.

My current favorite is a 02-03 Ajax light blue jersey from when O'Brien played for them. I've yet to encounter anyone here who knows what it is.

I used to have a 2002 USMNT McBride jersey. It was awesome. I gave it to a kid, and I miss it now.

I don't really follow baseball or hockey, so I don't have jerseys for those, and actually I don't have a football jersey either for some reason, but I see nothing wrong with adults wearing jerseys.

I have my Fenerbahce custom one, a US shirt from the 2002 World Cup that I found in Canada, a Turkey 2002 Basturk jersey, and an outstanding fake Figo 10 for Real Madrid that you would never know is fake.

I also have a Laettner Duke jersey and Grant Hill Pistons jersey, which was my first, but it still fits.

They just look so much classier. Basketball jerseys don't have sleeves and football jerseys are almost mesh. Soccer jerseys are made from better material and seem to be made with more care

And I have a USMNT jersey and Liverpool home jersey that I wear quite a bit. I agree they're the only jerseys I find acceptable to wear in public.

My mom wasn't exactly subtle when she recently looked through the red USMNT jerseys..."Oh which do you like best? Donovan or Dempsey?" I'm gonna be pissed if I don't get this as a birthday present

I wear one of my 12 Rangers Jerseys game day until the match is over then I switch to an Izod or Fred Perry Polo, I wear a Scotland rugby jersey all day before a match and will wear a Tigers polo all day game day, on the weekends in the fall I will wear Saints Sweater with Khakis...

Jerseys are for gays.

Kits are for soccer figs.

There's a difference.
