Potential EFL reform will not include B teams

EFL today said exploration of changes will not involve B teams from Premier League sides. You know because other nations have failed miserably at putting B squads in the league system.
I'm sure quality of League 3 will be better with the Kidderminsters and Rushden & Diamonds of the world...

Their league has the most money so England will automatically be good.
